This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://anugrahayurveda.com/⁠� (“Website”) and is operated by ANUGRAH AYURVEDHA (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Strict No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement Policy
Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we maintain a strict policy:

❌ No Exchanges
❌ No Replacements

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Individual allergic reaction or sensitivity
Dissatisfaction with results
Minor packaging or labeling variation
Delay in delivery
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued ONLY in the following case:

Duplicate Transaction

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue:
The transaction will be verified with the payment provider.
The excess amount will be refunded after successful verification.

Refund will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

No other refund requests will be entertained.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Damaged Parcel at Delivery
If the outer parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
The customer must refuse delivery.
Inform us immediately with photo proof.
Once the parcel is accepted, it will be considered successfully delivered.

5. Limitation of Liability
ANUGRAH AYURVEDHA shall not be liable for:
Individual allergic reactions
Improper usage
Delay caused by courier partners
Customer dissatisfaction after delivery
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
