Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Free shipping may apply on selected products or during special offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID.
You can track your shipment anytime through the courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please enter your shipping address carefully.
Anugrah Ayurveda is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
2. Refund & Return Policy
At Anugrah Ayurveda, we ensure that every product is packed with care and reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue, we are here to help.
Eligible Returns
You can request a return or replacement only if:
You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product is expired at the time of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened, used, or partially consumed health products
Items without original packaging
Products purchased under “clearance” or “final sale”
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing an order (if not shipped).
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
3. International Shipping
International delivery timelines vary by country.
Customs duties or taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.
Refunds are not available for international orders.
